Every time I heard the monster’s footsteps, I’d instantly dive in and hold my breath.

On screen, Riri is hiding, but outside the screen, my hands were shaking so much I couldn’t even press the keyboard properly! If I didn’t hide over and over to calm my nerves, my heart genuinely wouldn’t have survived…

Amidst that extreme state, I found my only soothing spot: the “10-yen game"!
This time, I discovered a brand-new machine—a “car racing" type!✨ Thinking, “Maybe I can actually do this!?" I enthusiastically tossed in a precious 10-yen coin, and…

While exploring, I found a shocking memo stating, “I dropped my precious key in the toilet."
With a bad feeling in my gut, I headed to the restroom, and what was waiting there was— Yes, a drop toilet (traditional pit latrine).
“Wait, I have to put my hand in that…?"
But to progress, I had no choice! With fierce determination, I thrust my arm right in……!!
The moment I grabbed the item amidst a slimy squelch sound, something inside Minato-kun died a permanent death. (※ By the way, it was a winning ticket, so if I think of it as winning back what I lost on the 10-yen game… No, it’s totally not worth it!! Sob)
🏃♀️A Game of “Deadly Tag" with the Monster
And now, the ultimate highlight of this session. A full-blown, intense chase with the newly appeared monster begins!!

I was screaming so hard I couldn’t even tell what I was yelling anymore. No matter how much I ran, the terrifying thing kept relentlessly pursuing me! When I somehow shook it off and slid into a closet, I felt like I was genuinely going into oxygen debt. It’s been so long since I screamed that loud…
💌Letters from Saichi and Kinu

Amidst the terror, I found letters left by former residents.
Grandfather Saichi’s “romantic feelings for Ayano," and Kinu’s “unrequited love, jealousy toward her sister, and deep regret." It wasn’t just scary; the profound human drama made me stop and think. In the early Showa era, true free romance was really hard to come by, wasn’t it…
Yet, here and there, ominous hints reminiscent of the “Cocoon Princess Legend" started surfacing… The incident where Kinu left Ayano behind, and Ayano didn’t return for about a whole month. And the bizarre mystery of how she returned looking completely pristine despite wandering the mountains. There’s definitely something shady going on behind all this…! I’m so curious!

I’ll be completely honest with you.
I am so exhausted……! (100% real talk)
You might have thought, “Why is she progressing so slowly?", but that was the absolute limit of my mental strength—truly my very best!! (Lol) Still, since everyone in chat seemed to enjoy my genuine screaming, I guess I scored 100 points as a “comedian"… wait, I mean a “popular streamer," right? (Hehe)
The story is slowly closing in on the core mystery too, making me super curious about the “Kuwamon" crest and the truth behind the “kamikakushi" (spirit-away) incidents. It’s scary, but I want to know what happens next…! Even though it’s still terrifying!!
Next time, it looks like I’ll be gathering the “Kuwamon" crests and heading even deeper into the mansion….. I’m begging you, please spare me from fishing around in toilets anymore!
