Today, I’m diving into the Normal Mode of the horror escape game Dark Siren—where you’re being chased by a mysterious and beautiful sea monster lady! Let’s take a look at what makes this game thrilling… and maybe a little seductive too? (Hehe~)
ゲーム内容
The game starts with you waking up in a bed inside a room on a mysterious ship.
Once you step out… boom! A Siren appears and the game of tag begins!
The Siren roams the ship’s hallways.
If you get caught three times, it’s game over!
So be careful… or don’t, if you want to get hugged by a beautiful lady monster~ 😘
Game Mechanics
Your main objective is to find 20 notes scattered throughout the ship.
These notes contain information about the ship’s crew and what happened to them.
In Normal Mode, helpful black dots appear on the map to show where the notes are—making exploration easier for beginners.
Once you collect all 20 notes, you’ll trigger the game’s ending.
Just when you think you’ve escaped…
Another Siren appears and traps you.
The ending scene shows her lying beside you, pulling you into the dark depths of the sea… 💀🌊
Definitely a bad ending, but maybe… a “good” ending for some? 😏

The Normal Mode felt like a great tutorial for first-time players.
The Siren’s patrol route is simple, and if you’re careful, escaping is totally manageable.
But don’t let your guard down—one wrong turn and you’re face to face with danger!
If you’re new to chase-based horror games, this mode is perfect to ease in.
